Memorial Day Celebration & Flower Give-Away

Join us at the Dillon Cemetery for the annual Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony honoring those who've sacrificed all for our Freedom.  The event will feature music by the Summit Concert Band, a reading of the interred service members at the Dillon Cemetery and, a streaming open microphone opportunity for members of the public to remember and honor someone special in their lives.

Local Boy Scouts will be on hand to present the colors, as well as hold a flag retirement ceremony after the event. Members of the public are encouraged to bring old flags to have them retired properly.

The public is also invited to stop by and pick up free flowers to plant at the cemetery or take home for personal gardens.
