What is Yacht Rock Yoga?

Take the smooth mellow rock of the early 80's including Michael McDonald, Toto, Kenny Loggins, Box Scaggs and Christopher Cross. Add some lighthearted yoga, a captains hat and a few dance moves and you've got Yacht Rock Yoga.

Hosted by Peak Yoga with instructor Julie Spinnato.

Cost is $22 for a drop in or use your Peak Yoga package or membership.

Costumes encouraged! The first 10 people get a captains hat and a free lei.
