The Town Clerk's office is responsible for the administration of Town elections, the Dillon Cemetery, and business, liquor and marijuana licenses. The Town Clerk is the custodian of the Town seal, maintains Town records, updates the Municipal Code, processes open records requests, and administers oaths of office.

COUNTYWIDE TOWN CLEAN UP DAY CANCELLED DUE TO SNOW
Due to significant spring snowfall, the Towns of Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorne have cancelled their Town Clean Up Days on Saturday, May 20, 2017. The Town of Frisco is rescheduling its Town Clean Up Day to Sunday, June 4, 2017, and Summit County will still be offering free electronics, pharmaceutical and household hazardous waste disposal on Saturday, May 20, 2017.
