The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will hold a public hearing for consideration of a Level III Development Application for the approval of a new multi-family condominium building and associated parking on Lots 17A and 17B, Block A, New Town of Dillon Subdivision located at 175 and 205 E. LaBonte Street, Dillon, Colorado.
A public hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendment. Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on August 2, 2017.
