TOWN COUNCIL RESOLUTION 35-17, Series of 2017
The Town Council of the Town of Dillon will hold a public hearing for consideration of a Level IV Development Application recommending an amendment to Block 6 of the existing Dillon Ridge Marketplace Planned Unit Development for the approval of 3 apartment buildings with a total of 36 apartment units located along the north side of Lookout Ridge Road between the Skyline cinemas and the Lookout Ridge Townhomes. The street addresses have not yet been assigned to these buildings.
The public hearing shall be held before the Town Council of the Town of Dillon at a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendment. Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on July 18, 2017.
