The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will hold a public hearing regarding the review of a Level IV Development Application for a Class S-2 subdivision replat for Lots 41R & 42R, Ptarmigan Trail Estates Subdivision No. 1 for the purposes of matching existing property pin locations, to establish a snow storage easement, and to dedicate new right-of-way.
The public hearings shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.
