Construction activities on Upper Gold Run Circle resumed in April 2010.
Contractors:
Columbine Hills Concrete, Inc. - General Contractor: Road work and Storm Sewer
Grant Miller, Inc. - Water Service connections to new Water Main
As of May 3rd the contractor(s) has completed:
- Installation of temporary orange construction fence
- Installation of Erosion Control Best Management Practices
- Half of the new storm sewer system.
- Abandonment of the old water main and disconnection from Tenderfoot water main.
- Connection of the the remaining homes to the new water main
Work remaining:
- Removal of ditches and culverts
- Completion of storm sewer
- Replacement of sanitary sewer manholes
- Geogrid installation and subgrade stabilization and preparation
- Installation of roadbase beneath asphalt
- New concrete pans
- Asphalt paving
- Revegetation of disturbed areas

Friday, June 4th (subject to change due to bad weather days)
